Swiss crafts men miniaturized this concept and created the first music boxes, which at the time were solely for aristocrats and the royalty of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. A half century ago, inexpensive Japanese brands made mass-produced music boxes for the first time.

In 1992, it is the Yunsheng that made the first music box with independent property rights in China.
